The one with the shop teacher getting his eyeball sliced. The torture scenes before it were pretty heinous, but the eyeball violence pushed me over the edge.

I only answered the questions that he forwarded me, so if any more were posted after the Q&A, I didn't get them. I did think about going into the thread and see if there was anything to answer, but I figure I'm easy enough to find online. And while no one's done that yet, I believe a handful of people from his blog have friended me on LJ.
